When will I  receive my order?
Shipping times always vary depending on which Country you are located in. International shipping (outside UK) usually take 7-14 working days, on rare occasions it can take up to 3 weeks. UK delivery usually takes 2-4 working days, on rare occasions it can take just over one week. Shipping delays are rare & we always ship out our products very quickly.

Can I return my product or get a refund?
Depending upon the situation we may offer you them. Please look at our Returns Policy for more information. 

Can you change the address you are posting to?
We are unable to post your products to a different address once an address has been provided. Once an order has been processed, no amendments can be made.

Are your products handmade?
Yes they are handmade in the UK.

Are your products cruelty free?
Yes!
